At
one time the Association purchased apparel (caps, T-shirts, polo shirts and
sweatshirts) with a loon logo and reference to Little Platte Lake for sale to
LPLA members. This turned out to be impractical due to the difficulty in
predicting member demands and preferences. Now the Trophy Trolley in
Traverse City has agreed to offer these items either with the original loon logo
or a slightly larger one. Prices will vary from time to time depending on
the specific shirts and hats on hand, but will run from about $15 for a cap or
T-shirt to $30 for a hooded sweatshirt.
In
the alternative the Trophy Trolley will apply a Little Platte Lake logo on a
customer's own item of apparel for $8 or so. The lead time for everything
is one week.
