At 10am November 29, 2005, Ronnie Brown and Ron Troutman took a Lynn Walker tour of the Little Platte Lake Watershed.  We got to see where the Deadstream North Branch, South Branch and Saffron Creek cascade through the countryside crossing the many back roads, paved and unpaved.  We got to see roads and historical landmarks that we didn't know existed.  Thanks, Lynn, for sharing your wealth of information.

In surveying a number of local seniors, none recall a single death from a water related accident on Little Platte Lake.  Isn't this a wonderful legacy to maintain?  Does anyone have additional information?  Be Safe!
